this project is different from the previous 'cos unlike the earlier projects this residence was already under construction and what was required by the client was to give it a face lift. its basically a 2 bedroom residence with an office space at the upper level. the treatment given to the office area in terms of window openings is very different from that of the other portions of the residence. linear strip windows for the offices with concrete slabs at top and bottom of the openings shading them, square windows for the rooms, box window for the living area at the lower level with an in-built planter box. a portion of the terrace outside the office is been landscaped to provide the perfect ambiance.
