An independent three bedroom duplex house located in central bangalore on a 25' X 40' north facing site. The ground floor has car park and a 2 BHK unit.

An east facing site with three units of 3 bhk in each floor with planning as per vastu. 
Elevation design in a random pattern of plaster & metallic tile cladding & 
coloured glass between the double slab chajjas.
